regarding setup file?

i have created a dll file and used another project ,for this another project i have created a setup fie (here it self is very fine).

my problem is i have installed it but i didn't get any shortcut file on the desktop ?

what i did mistake in creating a set up ?

can i add any dll for to create a shortcut ?

same problem i get before also. means

.net 1.1 project to convert to .net 3.5 and created a set up file .in this set up file missed some exe file n dll file ?

What is my mistake?

1.Right click UsersDesktop and select CreateShortCut to UsersDesktop
2.Select Exe from the application Folder
3.Build Setup
