Controlling text size in Windows 7

We have a user (Windows 7) that has set his text to 125%. Right click desktop-Personalize-Display-Medium. Some of the text on our buttons runs off, but the worst is our XNA driven drawings are throwing access violations. Is there some way to run our C# app with the default (100%) text size?

Write a relevant title! Right now is has almost nothing to do with the question, very misleading. A right expert may pass this question just because of the title. Please, clarify it -- not quite clear right now.
