"Could Not Import all messages" FxCop warning message ?

Hello,

How do I overcome the "Could not import all the messages" from FxCop tool?

I have added few a targets to the FxCop project (Fxcop 1.36 and WPF project) and analyzed.
Then a few warning messages have been excluded and saved the fxcop project.

Now every time the fxcop project is opened I get the warning window with the message saying "Could not import all the messages".
I click 'OK' then, surprisingly, I see the all excluded messages have become active and excluded messages are zero.

I tried with the possible ways of project setting but then no use.

Please let me know, is there anything I have missed out?

FX-Cop merely provides guidelines. If your code compiles and runs, you don't really have to do anything except fix bugs.
