This is too broad a question and any reply you get will be a subjective opinion. It would be best if you researched the possibilities offered by each cloud platform, and then did a comparison match with your precise requirements. That will let you choose one platform and you could factor in things like cost, ease of development, availability of programmers with skill-sets etc.
