1st "game" in XNA - some mistakes :-/

Hi, I try to do some driving simulator with intro menu and driving with colision... but the video is allways in loop and i have to stop it with key... i don´t know how to exit game when i hit exit ;-) and finally i don´t know how to do a collision :-( itś difficult for me do this game to this looklike ;-) please can somebody help me?
