I do not have internet connection.

How can I download a firefox add-on and install the add-on in my system.
Can I do like this?

Kindly help me.

For example I need to install "Firebug" add-on in my system with out internet connection.

Yes. you can... as long as you have the downloaded plugin file.. it will be in .xpi format.
All you have to do is just open the plugin and it will ask you to install it.

You have internet access from a computer to be able to post here. I would download the the addon to a USB drive, or floppy, or cdrw, via this computer, and then take it to the computer without internet access.
