What do you mean? Recieve string or handle transport-level 'messages' or handle remote event?

manage the web service that sends event occur Message plication desktop. example if you connect to a DB connection successful message sending.
I mean.

Not sure if you are using wcf for this, if you are then use can use callback contacts feature for this....
