Doubt in reading mail contents

Dear Developers,
Am working in ASP.NET with C# application. I need to read mail using pop3 server. There are so many samples in websites, but I never got any sample to read or download body of the Mail.

Please help me to read body of the mail and download attachments.

Please help me ASAP.Because am looking for this more than 2 days.
