How to perform zooming in a panel according to cursor position?

Hello everybody!

I want to know how to zoom a picture in a panel based on cursor position.
The zoom function should be same as Win7 Windows Photo Viewer

Before raising this question, I must have googled it. However, the sample code is not that I want. Maybe my searching keyword is not so precise. Besides, I want to say that "Asking is a kind of Searching."

here is a very nice article explaining the needed procedures in VB.NET. You could easily adapt this to C#.
