How to get latitude and longitude of "city" from IP address in ASP.NET

Hello,
I am developing a web application, in which i want to use latitude & longitude of visitors by IP address.

I've searched many times but still I'm not success.

do any one knows the website name, which can provide city database with latitude & longitude... or any web service (API) provider...?

& i also want to learn how to use that webservice in my web application..

(some of them provides out-put in XML file, then how to access that data?)

thanx 4 reply... bt i'm from india... & href="http://api.hostip.info/?ip=x.x.x.x doesn't work for Indian cities... :(

any other solution?
