Hello ,

is there a way that i can connect to an application on my home computer and
control it via internet ?

You can use a concept called remote desktop. See here[^] for starters.

An entirely different way, and definitely doable if he's writing his own application, as is quite likely since he tagged the question with c# - my 5

Thanks Espen Harlinn for your comment and voting. Have used remoting in a POS project where the sales receipts updated in a local QuickBooks as well as in a Remote QuickBooks in the accountant's office. It was working well.So i just thought of suggesting that.
