audio recording in asp.net using c#

I am doing project on virtual classroom.

In that faculty uploads lectures as audio files.
How we can record the voice in asp.net?

Also I want to play it on webpage.

Please anyone reply soon... thanx

I have installed VS2008 and I think Silverlight 4 tools will not work on that.SO,do u have any other solution?

In my mind alternate technology is flash/ adobe flex builder. OP may need to search internet for kind of activeX controls instead
