Windows media player problem in visual studio 2010

When I converted my visual studio 2008 project to visual studio 2010 project, I had problems with Windows Media Player. I just deleted media player control, but when I put it again on the form, I get several exceptions:
1. Could not load file or assembly Interop.WMPLib.dll
2. AxWindowsMediaPlayer is ambiguous in the namespace AxWMPLib

Any answer would be helpful

I've already discovered that when I build new project, and copy all the code, it's all fine, but thanks anyway. I'll look at it.
