Password reset via webpage through forefront tmg

Hi Guys

Im new to asp and c#, but i have been tasked with creating a password reset page for our sharepoint internet site customers.

The page needs to be accessible without logging in (obviously) and we would like it to use a secrect question stored in AD to allow password reset, without emailing the user, as we dont have all of there email addresses.

Any help on where to start would be much appreciated.
