ASP.net Membership (Customized)

I want to Use ASp.net Membership security to my asp.net website.

I want to create user by getting details Username, password, Birthdate, Class, Division, and a few more that are not present on default membership data source.

How could I customize the membership data source (Database as per my tupples) and how can I use it in membership?
