Update Metadata column for Document in Document Library

Daer all,

Could you please help me out in resolving udating metadata for document.
I have document library with column name "Approved".

I want to update Approved column status for already exist document in Document Library.

Pleae provide me ~~code~~ help for this using Sharepoint Objects.
