[Solved]Problem when adding URL in RSS Reader

I have a file which returns xml (RSS Feed). It's working properly but when we are adding that url to rss reader it shows error:
that feed not found or connection failed

Please help me. What am I missing?

Thank you for immediate responding issue has bee resolved its working when we are adding on our server there is proxy between end user & our server thats why connection get failed thank you.

What rss reader are you using? Is this something on the server side or on the client side (browser)?

Please try other sites for RSS feeds and see how it responds?

Just to put this out of unanswered list.

Resolution as suggested by OP himself: It's working when we are adding on our server, there is proxy between end user & our server thats why connection get failed thank you.
