Which framework is best for winforms desktop applications

hello guys i am starting a new project but i want the best framework in which there have built-in designs, validations and most important which is easy and attractive
thanks in advance!!

What I have tried:

i tried on internet but did not something that satisfied me!

Subclass all the DotNet control classes and make your own - good way to learn and you'll have a good understanding of how everything works - because you wrote it. Good luck 😁

That is not a question we can answer: "best" is a relative term, and would depend on what you were actually doing. A design method that was good for a MP3 player would probably not work well for an accounting system, for example.

And "easy" and "attractive" are personal preferences, not absolutes either: what I would find "easy" you might consider impossibly complicated, and vice versa; what looks good to a pre-teen music lover won't go down well with an accountant (not that anything ever does).

Think about your project and the specification, and see what you know that fits the bill - baring in mind how much time you would have to invest in learning a new methodology anyway.
