Could you rename the title?
The terminology in "the hacker to resource my product" is wrong. Right term is "reverse engineer".
I decided to look at your post because I was puzzled but curious to see what weird thing is covered under "anti resource".

You need to obfuscate your application. There are a number of commercial packages available for this. Google ".Net obfuscator tool", and you'll get plenty of viable links.

Some I found:

Crypto Obfuscator
Smart Assembly
.Net Reactor
Seabreeze Obfuscator
Babel Obfuscator
Code Fort

and others...

I would mention Dotfuscator, but I don't know anyone that can afford it...

Hi John, have you decided on your own choice yet?
What about the one you won, can you still claim it?
("anyone that who can afford it") :)

I download the one I won (Crypto Obfuscator), and will be trying it this weekend if time permits (I still have the email with the registration key in it).

If it's not too much to ask, can we expect a report on your findings?

Hi john,

As you said there are a lot of them but please let me know which of them is more secure and their crack is not available .

Thanks again
I'm not sure what you mean by "resource" but if you mean "resell" or use without purchasing, then you have a bigger problem. Simply obfuscating won't keep someone from making copies and using the copies. You'll need to take one of several approaches to licensing, none of which is very palatable in my estimation.

Agreed... Think of all the top software houses in the world, especially game developers. They all have copy protection schemes, activation code schemes and such, but how hard is it really to find a hacked copy. That means that if someone wants it bad enough and knows how to do it, they'll hack it.

Hi Walt,

Thank you for your comment, What I meant by resource is reverse engineering to find my .net source files from the exe.

But As you said I need a licensing software too and there are a lot of them , do you have any experience from any of them, which one is more secure?

Thanks

For licensing and copy protection, try CryptoLicensing from http://www.ssware.com
Technically the crackers are the bad ones, and the hackers are the good ones :)
