does microsoft provide support for oauth??

does microsoft provide support for oauth to retrieve hotmail contact list like yahoo and google do??
if not can we expect this feature soon or do we have any other alternative mechanism to do so?

Thank you very much for the link. But actually I am developing in flex and I want to import contacts of my Application's user from their hotmail's id.

I implemented same thing for yahoo and google. But not getting where to go to integrate things for hotmail. Can we implement 'messenger connect' in flex?
