F7 is the hotkey to switch between the source file and its code behind file.
Shift + F7 is the hotkey to switch between the code behind file and designer.
But what is the hotkey to switch between the code behind file and its source file?

"pre" tag is used to wrapped code so please don't use "pre" tag for normal sentence or question.

F7 is the hotkey to switch between the source file and its code behind file.
Shift + F7 is the hotkey to switch between the code behind file and designer.
Shift + F7 once again is the hotkey to switch between the code behind file and its source file

Don't know if this will show it (or what version of Visual Studio you're using), but this is for VS2010:
