How do I create MSI for website project?
I have website project and not a web application Project

What do you mean by "website" as opposed to "web application"?

Normally there is no option to create MSI setup for website project.

I have tried with website project installer in VS. Have you tried with VS webinstaller? if yes then what error do you get?. Wherever in my knowledge you can installer for website project too. try setup and development for the web installer.
