FFTW Libraries for mobile phones especially windows mobile

Hi,

I've been trying to get FFTW libraries for windows mobile 6 because I need to record a heartbeat through a mic, save it in a file and extract the heartbeat without noise from the file and I was told FFTW is a good bet. Please I need urgent help. Thanks
