i can generate the xml of datagridviewchechbox column,but how i read that values from xml and fill the datagridviewcheckboxcolumn according to that value.

This is a rather unusual thing to do, or seems so to me. Normally I would serialize the underlying data. Perhaps if you edit your question to explain what it is that you are trying to do, you might get more help. :)

I'm with Henry on this one - if you serialize / deserialize just a single column (checkbox or not) you lose it's relationship to all the other data. Are you sure you really want to do that?

You don't. You serialize the datasource backing the grid, not the grid itself.
