Importing data from new excel in .Net .

I am trying to import data from new excel but data is not importing.
But it is working fine with old excel formats. Is this problem of OLE?
What to do ?

Define what you mean by "new excel"?? What does "doesn't work" mean? What DOES happen? What is expected to happen? What does the code look like that you're trying to use to import this data?

"New excel" means Excel 2007 with extension .xlsx . Code does not able to read this format of Excel sheet.
Actually there is some table of data in Excel sheet and we are trying to read it but this is not working .
