What is the Difference between Loading a picture in Picturebox
Through (Importing)
1) Local Resource
2) Project Resource File.

Which is More Advantageous.

It depends on what you are trying to achieve. If you have a local resource, then you need to redistribute the bitmap with the application. If you have a resource bitmap, then you don't need to but the size of your exe will increase.
If you plan to change the bitmaps, it is easier to have them as local files because you don't need to recompile your application everytime a bitmap changes.
