Blink detection in C#

Hi,
I was looking for a small app that could detect blink of an eye. For eg: If I blink my eye, it should respond to an event and do something .
I looked up for some samples but didn't find any for C# (except one which was very extensive and of no use to me)

The problem is that I am not that much skillful in C#. So, I don't know how it can be ported to C#
