How to keep window always on desktop [WPF]

Hello every body!
I'm make a clock app, but when i click show desktop on taskbar, it is hide. I want it always show on desktop as a gadget! Please, Help me! Thank!

What I have tried:

I tried 3 day, but it not working.

Which version of Windows? Win 7 supported gadgets, but Win 10 does not.

Solution 1

I have a Login Window in my one of App and it not hiding with show desktop.

I have win 10, and applied following properties to Window

HTML

<Window  Height="500" Width="350"
         WindowStartupLocation="CenterScreen" Topmost="True" ResizeMode="NoResize" />
