How to programming arduino lilypad

I have arduino uno board, but for my recent projects I need an smaller board which I found at arduino lilypad. Is there any one can give me how to downloading from PC to lilypad ?

What I have tried:

downloading using arduino IDe and microUSB cable

Check out Choosing a LilyPad Arduino for Your Project - learn.sparkfun.com[^] for a complete description of the Arduino LilyPad board. Also according to them;

And if you wanted a smaller board the Arduino - ArduinoBoardProMini[^] is a lot smaller with the same chip.
