Support multiple screen.

Hey everyone,
I am new in android developing, i have done my first application but i don't know how to make that application responsive to all screen sizes. is there any simple way to do this?
please help me. Thank u in advance.

What I have tried:

i tried xml files for small screen and normal screen ,large and x-large..but it is not working all UI collapse on each other.
