I downloaded the source file to use with C# 2010. change the entry from MT4 to TOS and recompiled.

Getting the following error message"
Error 1 Cannot import the following key file: 4XLab.NET.pfx. The key file may be password protected. To correct this, try to import the certificate again or manually install the certificate to the Strong Name CSP with the following key container name: VS_KEY_32E94356C3A40F15 4XDDEClient

Can you make it possible for me to download the key, send an updated version of the source file that will work with TOS?

What the hell are you talking about?? 4XDDE??

After a quick Google, you're best source of information is going to be the people that wrote the library, not us. It's extremely unlikely anyone who has used 4XDDE is going to see your post.
