Can I using Bootstrap 3 Stand By Bootstrap 4 ...
I have .cshtml file okey ? But I can't using for bootstrap 3 and bootsrap 4 at the same time in .cshtml page.

İf I Can use Html.Action() it is Ok ?

Or Html.Partial() One By One

I have no idea what you're talking about, but I'm going to take a guess at what you mean. No, you cannot user 2 different versions of Bootstrap in the same page at the same time.
