Make an C# based web application to view attendance of each person

i have 2 finger readers one out side and one in side to check in time and out time of staff the finger reader does have an sdk which gives a dump data file in 3 formats 1.mdf
2.mdb 3.excel so far i m using the export excel to do attendance now i would like to use the database file to automatically update the attendance and calculate them in web based application like a dashboard using c# i m fine with php also

What I have tried:

so far i have done a bootstrap dashboard with upload database file page and i can view the file in a table format on web but cant make them beautifully arranged like this person in at that time he left at that time and he worked this much hours

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind - we only get exactly what you type to work with. So we have no idea what you have "arranged" or what you might consider "beautiful". Or, come to that, why the change from Excel to a "proper" DB should in any way change your UI.
Use the "Improve question" widget to edit your question and provide better information.
