Where's the current link for libcurl library?

I am having trouble finding this libcurl library, any Ideas I found some in the main download page but most of it is only binay, I wanna find th library for mingw

What I have tried:

I have tried searching google for almost 5 hours, I think it would be better to ask here

I asked Google for "mingw libcurl". The link Curl on Windows - D Wiki[^] is on the first result page and looks promising.
