How to retrieve exact MS Access file Password

Dear Friends!
One of my friends has made a program in VB 2008, that retrieves the 100% exact password of selected .mdb(MS Access file) Password in less than 1 second.
Can some one tell me that what logic/code, He has used to retrieve the password?

And download "Password Retrival Lite"

Brother! I think you have not understood my question. I don't need that software.I just want to know that which code is used to retrieve that (MS Access file mdb) password.
