Good suggestion +5. I posted this to the bug section since he haven't done so. @g2p At the meantime, I would suggest to go to the article and click on the download link.

Thanks Bryian. Good job
OK the link works for me without a problem - so the problem is indeed on your side :-( The error message looks strange - never seen something like this before.

1)How about downloading something from another site? Does that work?
2)How about using a different browser? Does that work?
3)How about using a different computer at your current network access? Does that work?

1-3) Might seem random but trying/answering these situation could help to determine if the problem is likely to be with your

1-2) browser (settings) or your
3) computer or Internet Provider

Hope this helps, Dirk

-> OK, so all your browsers do not work (on downloads from CodeProject only) but your cell phone does work. Looks like the problem is on your computer or OS. It does not seem to be a browser setting since you said that all your browsers have that problem.

I would suggest to look next into Firewall or Virus Scanner settings.
What happens when you turn these off for a short test?

I've got same problem again on my phone.
I've change my password (it was old & too short) and problem solved.
Please state what you are trying to download (url to article/tip ...) so others can verify if they have the same problem. Maybe you should also contact the author of the download via Forum at the bottom of the page.

It doesn't matter which article I try.
I have this problem in All articles.
for example this file:
