Adding new row in gridview

Hi there,

How can I add new rows to gridview using a button?
When I click the button new row with incrementation of serial no should be added. The row of gridview contains 3 columns
1.Sl No
2.Name
3.A dropdown

Dropdown is filled from back end.
In this case is it possible to add new row?
