I was wondering about the true meaning of "testing approval" from a QA perspective. Any links and suggestions would be appreciated.

That's nice and all, but this is where you do your own homework. You've been given a starting point. It's up to you to do the research. We're not going to spoon-feed you this stuff, but point you in the right direction.

He's specifically looking for something called "testing approval". My googling didn't give me too much. So maybe that's why he's come here. Of course no one here knows anything more on that either, in fact if anyone could answer him it'd probably be a reflection of their search engine skills than any advanced QA awareness :-)

thank you Nishant and Dave ,i know what did you mean but my question is about some thing in my graduation project,all the problem that my project manger need me to be a testing approval and i haven't know more about that, so i want help from any professional,but at all thank you for your time.
