Hello;
I am new with Raspberry pi3 but experience with Electronics. I do not understand "how to store the images to a web page"?. Is there a cost to store images and can anyone view them is my concern? I want to protect my pictures. I feel really stupid since I do not understand computer language as much as I use too. What does DONG mean? and how to use it?
I want to be able to view my files on the raspberry pi3 and delete since it will be stored maybe online at a web site. Can I upload the images each time a change occurs to the raspberry and web site at the same time? Also, since I am learning Raspberry PI 3, I read you can use your phone from a magazine from the UK. I have a Apple 5. Can I view the information with that too?
I am new to Raspberry PI and Android but have over 30 years experience with Electronics.
What articles would you recommend to learn more. I purchase a $20 UK Magazine at MicroCenter which I learned some information. Not all the information was given.
Again since I am new and I did not understand. Example is some of the MicroSoft cloud. Is it free to store? My concerned is can anyone be able to view my images? My elderly dad is living alone and I do not want the images to be viewed.

What I have tried:

I tried installing the operating system Noo and Raspberry pi. I did use Python to take a picture but it was not able to view it since I do not how? I purchased a outside metal device to put the electronics inside. The magazine said to use a 3.7 volt Li-lon Poly 500mAh battery. I am not sue if this can be used along with the AC plug. I just wanted it in case power went out.
