And I want is

localhost/doctor/Delhi/Fue Hair Transplant

What I have tried:

RewriteRule ^/Delhi/Fue-Hair-Transplant index.php?page=doctorprofile&clinic_name=Ad%2099%20India&city=Delhi

Solution 1

Are you using a framework or something like wordpress? Normally there is a setting under 'SEO'.
If you want to write this by hand you definitely want to use the framework options.
