Helo, can anyone help me with developing a program for limiting users to certain bandwidth quota for every 24 hours in visual basic. I really need immediate help!

Hi,

First you need to try to figure out how you might do this, no one here will just give you a complete solution, we are all busy with our own projects.

I suggest you try to find a project or article that acheives something similar to what you want then come back with more specific questions.
