I need PDF 417 barcode generator source code in C# or algorithm information document, can any one please help .

What I have tried:

I tried with Wikipedia information, I need some more detail about how the PDF417 numeric mode logic works for creating the barcode

Your question is about research (a quite common task for developers).

What you have asked for is letting other's do that research job for you. That is not the purpose of this site.

You already started it but stopped after reading the Wikipedia page. Just go on and search the web for more information.
