Well, using Javascript you can surely do that.

Based on the unique identifier of the row, find it in Javascript method, change the fields that you want.

No.Its not possible to refresh the row of a grid view! If you are asking to change the value in a gridview row through program, that's possible.
Google it you will get it : :)
