Hi i am using this code for sending email

Email and SMS Sending Through VB.NET for Free

This code is running properly at local server but when
i have uploaded my code to web server. It gives me error(No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it XX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXX )

whats the solution??

Solution 1

Your e-mail server don't allow your machine to connect.

This could either be a firewall issue or configured on the SMTP server itself.

Solution 2

This is the connectevity issue with your Web Server with the Email server. Please check the connection, atlest your are able to ping it.

hi ..i can ping the ip address.
does it means connectivity with server is ok???
