How can I make a notification or toast entering from left side?

I faced some apps with a notification entering from left side after an event. Duolingo has a same solution after an answer check. It is floating because you can move it up and down and can contains buttons as well.
Thanks for answers in advance.

What I have tried:

I did a lot of research without any success.

Works a bit like Toast.
