Hyperlinks in event veiwer

I'd like to write a log in the Windows event viewer. This to do is very simple, but I want to insert a clickable link in the description. Is possible? How?

What I have tried:

I am not sure whether it is possible to provide hyperlinks with the log messages in event viewer.
