Contact the vendor and get their SDK, they must provide some way of interfacing with the device.

You should talk to the people who created it - 3M[^] - they should provide technical support and will know more about their product than we will. If they don't, then find another supplier and demand your money back!
Almost certainly they will provide a driver and sample software source.
