Send sms in ASP.NET page to egypt numbers

See more:

I search a lot about send SMS using asp.netbut all not support the phone number in Egypt.

What I have tried:

-Twilio library but the site not enable me to add eg number
-Serial Port you should connect the phone.
I not want a way that is used Usb model.
