But I will go and make it for myself. That is called "research" when it is information rather than a hot drink.

Go, do some research. There is a nice site called Google - they specialise in looking for information. Give them a try. Loads of people do!

listbox2.Items.AddRange(listbox1.Items);

How to send that listbox fields send to receiver.

Write them all down on a piece of paper, hand them to a runner, and say "Quick! Get this to the receiver!".
