How to find virus signature file or infected file without using any antivirus through c# windows form

If we upload any file and we don't have any antivirus in our system now before uploading we have to check the file have any virus signature or infected file.

if contain any infected file then do not upload the file into system.

We want to scan the files if it is infected and virus related. As we checked on net , there is no content found , So please let us know if there is any solution to complete this features and also let us know if we need to provide you any thing in code.

Anti-virus is very difficult; you (and I) are not capable of doing even as well as the worst product out there. Pick one and install it; don't waste your time.

No, it's not impossible; there are several companies out there doing it. But they have forty years or more of a head-start on you. They have hundreds of highly-skilled engineers working on it, and still things get through.
Are you thinking you can develop even a very simple and unreliable anti-virus in a week? A month? A year?
It's simply not worth the effort; you'll only wind up delaying your product and still wind up installing some available product when you eventually give up.
How much time are you willing to waste before that occurs?
What does your customer want? Are they willing to risk their systems running an unknown anti-virus? Are you willing to be sued when a customer's systems go kablooie?

Creating an antivirus is perfectly feasible.
You just need:
- Hire a few hundred engineers (highly skilled preferably).
- fund the project with millions of dollars every year (this is a never ending project).

If you don't plan to sell antivirus, you understand that there is no way to win some money on this. And competition is already on rails and performing quite good.
